Hello, dear Remarkable backers! 

I am writing you in the final hours of this amazing Kickstarter campaign! What a run it has been. Let me thank you one more time for your incredible support, very cool! 

Countdown Livestream today at 4 PM CEST

I will be live on the Loresmyth Twitch channel today, starting at 4 pm, counting down the last hour of the Kickstarter campaign. Come join if you have the time, you can ask me anything and hang out. We'll pop some bubbles at 5 pm as the campaign ends! The timezone is Amsterdam, as I'm streaming from my home office here in the Netherlands.

Hello, dear Remarkable backers! 

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We sure did and the funding progress has been stellar, we are already past 160.000 euro, which is incredible. 

The Two Extra Cults Are...

As part of the unlocked stretch goal, all backers had the opportunity to submit their very own Remarkable Cult idea, and you did in large numbers! With over a hundred ideas submitted, the challenge was on for our team to bring that back to a manageable number: We selected 5 unique Cult ideas from all backer submissions. Then you voted on all of these 5 ideas to let us know what you thought are the best ideas. With over 1.000 responses, the results are now in, and without further ado, the winners are: 

•  The Seers concept by Alex Kent
•  Salfaetion by Robert Cain

Congrats to Alex and Robert for getting the highest votes, your cult ideas will be fully realized and get published as part of this Loresmyth book. Super awesome!

Remarkable Cults Writing

Before the Kickstarter campaign launched, our team was already hard at work writing the Remarkable Cults book. This is a luxury because we had no doubt this Kickstarter would fund (so low risk to start spending money in advance) and we can draw on an established product format, which makes things go much quicker. At this moment, large parts of the book have been written or already have received their "2nd writing pass" which means they are getting to a more final state, after which they are handed off to our editing team. In the meantime, we are already loading these preliminary works into our layout software to start with typesetting and illustrating. Doing these things in parallel is a little out of the ordinary, so if you are interested in how that works be sure to check out the full video update in this post.
